After 30 years leading in a diverse range of organisations, the founder of Inspire Leadership Coaching, David French, has seen all types of leaders. The good, the bad, and those who never reached their potential, the transformative leaders, the transactional leaders, the servant leaders, the static and the adaptive adherents; leaders in small teams of one or two, and those who have led thousands of colleagues in teams all over the world.
Inspired by the best he has seen and based on his own experiences of leadership in the Australian Army and as a business leader in small, large and multi-national companies, David founded Inspire Leadership Coaching to help others reach their true leadership potential.
