LEVEL UP coaching program

Level Up is our signature one-on-one coaching program for individual leaders – from emerging new managers to seasoned senior executives.
New and emerging leaders might use Level Up to build confidence in their role, develop effective people management skills, and find clarity in their leadership style. Senior managers and executives can leverage the program as a sounding board for strategic decision-making, a space to refine their leadership approach, and a catalyst to break through plateaus and drive greater impact.
Delivered in a structured package of six coaching sessions, this program provides a focused, personalized development journey for leaders who are serious about elevating their capabilities. Each session is tailored to the individual’s goals and challenges, ensuring targeted growth in the areas that matter most. They are designed to be challenging, clarify vision, explore capabilities and discover impactful and long lasting solutions in a thought provoking and creative process.

Team Boost

Program Structure:
Half or Full Day Leadership and Culture Workshop.
60 minute monthly coaching sessions (Minimum of three sessions; additional sessions priced separately).
Team Boost is our dynamic group coaching & training program designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It is a high impact, high efficiency approach to leadership and culture development; an investment in sustainable and long term business growth.
Team Boost delivers a scalable solution by coaching a group of leaders together, accelerating their development in a collaborative environment. The program content can focus on leadership development, culture, business strategy or a combination of all areas depending on the required business outcomes.
The program commences with a bespoke workshop for between 4 to 12 participants. Workshop participants learn essential leadership skills, practice together, develop actionable artefacts for deployment in the business and build a support network with their peers. They engage in exercises and discussions that foster team cohesion and create a unified Leadership Code and company culture by combining the tenets of transformational leadership with the best of the science and art of leadership, philosophy and coaching.
Over the following months participants take part in group coaching sessions (online or in-person) to further build on the outcomes of the workshop.

Veterans Forward

Veterans Forward is a specialised coaching service dedicated to Australian Defence Force and Emergency Service veterans transitioning to civilian careers.
Stepping out of the uniform and into a corporate or civilian role can be a daunting shift – even for those with strong leadership experience in Defence and Emergency Services. Having a coach who understands the journey can make all the difference. Veterans Forward offers a trusted partnership as they move forward, step by step, into civilian life.
This program provides supportive, pragmatic guidance to help veterans navigate the unique challenges of this transition. We focus on the three pillars that are crucial for a successful shift to civilian life: identity, values, and purpose.
Through one-on-one coaching conversations, we help veterans reflect on “Who am I now?” outside of the military context, and how their military experiences have shaped their strengths, skills, and leadership style. This often involves translating military competencies (such as teamwork, discipline, mission-focus, and resilience) into language and contexts that civilian employers value. It’s about reframing strengths for a new audience, so veterans can confidently communicate what they bring to the table.
By the end of the program, the veterans have a clearer sense of identity and direction, a set of defined values to guide their decisions, and a roadmap for their career progression. Just as importantly, they gain renewed confidence in themselves – knowing that their military service has prepared them with unique strengths for civilian success, and that they have identified a purpose worth pursuing.

Community Connect

Community Connect is designed to support the individuals and teams who lead volunteer-driven organisations.
Leading a community organisation often means making tough decisions and managing limited resources - including time. Community Connect focuses on building the leader’s confidence and clarity to enable clear decision making, stronger communication and codifying the shared purpose and values that drive volunteers to become members of their organisation.
Community Connect can also be deployed to support leadership development in sporting clubs who want to support their team captains lead with the limited time they have to inspire, shape and influence their players.
It all begins with a group workshop to identify the nature of leadership in the organisation, desired outcomes for individual participants and the group, and aligning those to the organisational strategy. Individual coaching sessions for identified leaders follow to track progress and further develop personal capabilities. Whether used for an NFP staff or a sporting club’s committee and captains, Community Connect can deliver great results with the minimum impost of time and cost.
